Ticketbande is not an official advance booking office, but a recognized ticket agency.

With Ticketbande, you can book tickets for concerts and sportevents, world-wide. We are specialized in tickets for concerts and events, which are either sold out or very difficult to be procured. Besides that, we have VIP -tickets or at least tickets of the best category for very desired concerts / events, at prices lower than the usual market prices.

Reservations at ticketbande
Sure, you can also make a reservation for your tickets at ticketbande. As soon as the advance booking and selling of the official booking offices starts, we get in touch with you and give you the details to price and category. Your reservation is for free. You are obligated to the purchase if you convert your reservation into an order.

A good service and support is very important for us, because we would like to have satisfied customers! This is our philosophy and the one of our coworkers. We answer each inquiry personally and fast without sending insignificant standard responses. We are glad to answer all of your questions about the concerts and events.

Important notes before placing an order with ticketbande Before purchasing at ticketbande, please consider that some of our offers are significant more expensive than in the normal advance booking!! You decide how much the concert is worth to you.

With the order of the tickets, you don`t have any right of revocation in accordance with § 312 b, 3, Nr. 6.

How we calculate our prices?
We almost buy tickets for concerts / events, which are sold out and/or difficult to be procured. For that, we always have to pay in advance, what the booking offices do not have to do, usually. So, we carry an extremely high risk, because it requires a lot of money and time to get these tickets.

Frequently, we drive directly to the concert or event places, such as London or Paris, to buy tickets fast and directly. We are forced to do this, because foreign booking offices and retailers just send the tickets a few days before the event / concert is beginning – this would be too short for our retail!

Besides that, we have to pay again 19% VAT as a retailer, which the official booking offices do not need to do.

Our prices depend always on our expenditures, the wholesale price and the general demand.

Why is there a different price written on your ticket as you had paid to ticketbande?
On your ticket, you see the net price for the event/concert. In addition, you have to pay the taxes and the fees for the advance booking (15%, which we had to pay to the official booking office for the advance booking. So this amount doesn`t belong to us!).

Information about the events
All informations concerning the concerts / events (place of the event, meeting time, meeting contents etc.), are put to our disposal by the respective organizer/offerers. Ticketbande does not guarantee for the correctness of the data.
