In principle, you can order all tickets for all events with us – world-wide. For that, you proceed as follows:
On our starting side www.ticketbande.de or under the Link "Konzerte" you see the artists and events, for which you can order tickets at a fixed price. Usually, these are sold out concerts or sport events. You find more information such as the place of the event, the seat category and the price, just by clicking the yellow arrow beside the name of the artist. By clicking "Vorschau" you find concerts/events, for which the tickets are not available at the moment. These tickets can be reserved witout obligation and free of charge over the normal order procedure.
LOGIN/REGISTRATION
For the simplification of your order procedure, you can put on a customer account before you order (please note, that the order also works without customer account). Here, your name and your address for the following orders will be stored. With your email address and your password, you can transact the orders fast and comfortably over your customer account. For registration, please click on the Link "Registrierung" and fill in all with * marked fields.
DATA SECURITY
The protection of the personal data of your orders is the basis of a trusting relationship between you and ticketbande.de. We commit ourselves to treat your data confidentially and to pass them only in a measure to a third party, as it is necessary for the completion of the order. The stored data at the "Kundenlogin" (Customerlogin) serve to the simplification of the order procedure. You can check and change your data at any time.
ORDER PROCEDURE
Enter the quantity of the desired tickets in the detail-view of the artist over the “Selectbox” and click on the "Warenkorb" (shopping cart / supermarket trolley) Icon In Cart. The tickets rest now for ten minutes in your “Warenkorb”, if you should not send the order to us. There, you collect all articles, which you would like to order. You can put as many tickets as desired into your “Warenkorb”. If you like to transact your order now, click on "Bestellvorgang fortsetzten" (continue order procedure). Here you type in your customer data and recheck your order. Please fill in the form completely and click on "Bestellung absenden" (mail the order) down on the right hand side. Thus you implemented the order binding. Now, you get a email for the acknowledgement of receiving your order data. Please note that this email is not a promise for you to get the tikets at this time. You get a confirmation of your order by email separately. This confirmation of order is then, both, a promise for the forwarding of your desired tickets and a summon to pay on the indicated bank account. After received transfer on our account, the tickets will be sent to you. Herewith, you also receive the invoice of your order.
FORWARDING EXPENSES
In case of urgent transmissions, we recommend cash payment or the sending of your transfer voucher as email appendix to info@ticketbande.de or as fax at +49 211 1597095. For this "Express sending", an addition of 3 Euro has to be paid. Please inquire at first, if the tickets are available at once, because only then, the Express dispatch is possible. Shipping charges including the system fee come to an amount of 5 Euro. The dispatch will be made as a registered letter. If an insured dispatch is desired, you should communicate this to us by email, the costs amount to further 3 Euro.
If you have inquiries to concerts or events, which are not specified on our homepage, please make this informal, either by Fax (02 11 - 1 59 70 95) or by email info@ticketbande.de. You can also informally order tickets for events, whose advance booking starts shortly.
PROBLEMS WITH THE ORDER PROCEDURE
1. Order could not be sent:
For ordering tickets at ticketbande.de, it is necessary to have activated "Javascript" in your Browser (you can check it like this: Go in your InterNet Explorer on "Extras"/"Internet options"/ "security"/ "InterNet"/ "activate Scripting"). Some attitudes of Firewalls can disturb the order procedure, e.g. if you have activated a "blocking of the script" in your Norton. In any case, the newest Browser versions are recommend to you for the best performance. You can download the InterNet Explorer starting from version 5 at: http://www.microsoft.com.
A further reason for problems of the order procedure are incorrect inputs in the order form: If you see a red starlet* in front of an input field, it was filled in incorrectly and the order is not going to be transferred. Do not forget to accept our AGBs by clicking the check box.
2. Suddenly, your shopping cart is empty
The tickets in your "Warenkorb" are reserved for you and are closed for other prospective customers. Observe, that your "Warenkorb" will be automatically emptied after 10 minutes without placing the order and the tickets will become released for other buyers. In order to prevent that a customer is blocking the tickets for a very long time without buying them, the tickets will be released again after 10 minutes.
Informations about your right of revocation
Tickets for concerts or events lose their complete value after the concert/event took place. So, a return or a conversion of the tickets is unfortunately not possible. In accordance with § 312 b, 6 BGB, there is no right of revocation.
